About the Role

The primary goal of the Mid-Market Sales Manager is to help your team generate pipeline, develop an account portfolio, and close deals in order to meet quarterly and annual sales booking and revenue quotas in the assigned geographic territories.

This position will require the aptitude to become a master of Pushpay product capabilities, underlying technology, and competitive advantages and the ability to convey those to your Pushpay team and customers. This person will work best in a dynamic, technology-driven environment utilizing phone and web tools to effectively manage and coach a high velocity team.

This position will work closely with the Sr Director of Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales to drive strategy, planning and process improvements.

You will train and lead inside sales reps through repetition of a proven Success System.

 

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a strong sales team and have the ability to resolve challenging issues.
  • Coach, mentor and motivate sales team in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities.
  • Formulate and execute quarterly and annual sales plans.
  • Inspire, lead, and coach a dynamic fast-paced sales team.
  • Coach and provide feedback to Account Executives in the areas of sales/professional development.
  • Ongoing improvement, recommendations and implementation of sales process.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. 
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the team.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.  
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • 2+ years - recent inside sales management experience
  • 5+ years of successful inside sales experience
  • Experience selling in the technology field required, preferably SaaS
  • Success in building, growing and managing highly prolific sales team
  • Preferred experience working with Church Organizations and/or NPOs
  • CRM or Salesforce.com experience preferred.
