The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on individual contributor to improve marketing operations for our global programs. The goal is to achieve operational excellence for all aspects of the marketing function in our organization and optimize efficiency while ensuring that the highest standards of quality are met. In this role, you will liaise with multiple departments, including creative design, performance marketing, university partnerships, analytics, and finance. 

Role & Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the core marketing team to ensure all operational, promotional, technology, and compliance activities within the function are quality-checked and properly executed as per best practices.
    • Maintain contracts, invoicing, onboarding, and timely payments of marketing vendors.
    • Monitor day-to-day movement of marketing collateral across business lines to ensure timely program launches.
    • Maintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments, across time zones.
    • Identify improvements in the user journey to increase conversions.
    • Play a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change management.
    • Set up and maintain our marketing webinars; and offer live support to panelists during the sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of work experience, with recent project management experience in a fast-paced industry.
    • Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously with experience in Wrike or similar project management tool.
    • Experience developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
    • Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team.
    • An energetic spirit, ability to work well with teammates of diverse backgrounds, and highly motivated to bring your A-Game to a high-growth company.
