The Corporate and Commercial Recruiter will own the recruitment of many of our corporate, sales, and marketing roles in designated markets. This person will be responsible for proactively recruiting top candidates, building referral networks, interviewing candidates in a systematic way, and managing the entire recruitment process with a keen awareness of critical timelines. This person should enjoy fast paced environments, rolling their sleeves up to problem solve, and constantly adapting the processes and systems.
What You'll Be Working On
-Reporting to the Corporate, Commercial, and Operations Recruitment Team Lead, you will support the growth and expansion of Care Access by owning full cycle recruiting for corporate and commercial staff in current and new markets across the country.
-Responsible for posting job ads on appropriate platforms and websites to effectively recruit the best talent.
-Proactively recruit top talent through creative recruiting campaigns, cold calling and direct outreach via email, LinkedIn and/or other resources.
-Will utilize and maintain our career site to ensure the recruitment process and candidate records are accurately tracked.
-Review and evaluate applicant profiles and conduct introductory phone screens with qualified candidates.
-Develop and build a robust pool of candidates and referral networks for active searches and in advance of active search needs.
-Manage multiple workflows at different stages with input from a variety of stakeholders.Develop and build strong relationships internally and externally to understand all aspects of the hiring needs and ensure overall alignment with our mission, vision, and culture.
-Provide a high-touch candidate experience through timely feedback and communication as well as an organized interview process.
-Build high-quality teams for Care Access through branding and value proposition.
Physical and Travel Requirements
This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
What You Bring to this Role
-Previous experience in healthcare, recruiting a range of professional services and/or exposure to clinical trials a plus.
-Strong relationship skills, ability to drive processes, support hiring decisions, and pipeline great talent.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Experience in high-growth or early-stage start-up is a plus.
-Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment platforms, social media and other networking channels and strategies for active and passive candidate sourcing.
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of recruiting experience
