Position Overview:
The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for creating comprehensive recruitment plans to maximize recruitment outcomes. Responsible for researching and strategizing ways to effectively recruit for all research sites across the country. Manages plans and the execution of digital media recruiting that includes online community outreach and managing Care branded recruitment social media pages. Must also be able to manage and update spreadsheets to reflect any updates and changes that occur. This position will also be responsible for managing a campaign and outreach calendar that displays all efforts. Passionate about clinical research and finding new ways to recruit for studies that result in optimal outcomes. This role may include company-wide initiatives with our online presence as well as departmental initiatives to support ongoing trials.

What You'll Be Working On:
-Researches, plans, and oversees the placement of digital media ads for community groups and social media pages (This will include a variety of study protocols)
-Develops unique strategies and builds upon current strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives 
-Manages a team digital media coordinators   
-Executes projects to be high quality, on time, and with minimal/no cost budgets 
-Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met 
-Be on the forefront of targeted digital media outreach and social media connections for all Care Access sites 
-Ensures all outreach uses only IRB approved patient recruitment marketing materials Tracks success on applicable spreadsheets 
-Conducts A/B testing series, as needed 
-Provides weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports 
-Perform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive 

Physical and Travel Requirements:
This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.

-Working knowledge of medical and research terminology preferred, but not required
-Working knowledge of federal regulations, good clinical practices (GCP) preferred, but not required

Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
-Minimum five (5) years of digital media and management experience    
-Previous experience in clinical research is strongly preferred 
-Bachelors required or eight years as a Patient Recruitment Digital Media Manager 
 -Advanced knowledge in digital media/social media 
 -Advertising/Marketing management experience 
 -Working business hours as agreed with manager
