Position Overview: Care Access is seeking a dedicated, experienced and innovation-driven Senior Growth Analyst to serve as the vital link between our information technology and our desired business outcomes. This individual will lead the identification and implementation of the measurement and analytics tool suite necessary to drive Digital business decisions and digital growth in an agile environment. Reporting to the Vice President of Patient Digital Growth, the Senior Growth Analyst will be responsible for defining, executing, and assessing the impact of an ongoing series of A-B testing to identify actionable insights for continuous optimization and growth of digital recruiting and enrollment for clinical research studies. The Senior Growth Analyst will work quickly in a dynamic digital environment, achieve outcomes both independently and by partnering with cross-functional colleagues and make data-driven recommendations and decisions to drive step-level growth in digital patient recruitment and clinical research study enrollment.
What You'll Be Working On:
-Identify and implement an integrated data tool suite to support scalable data integration and KPI measurement and assessment across product lines and clinical research studies
- Define digital configuration specifications for measurement and analytics tooling
-Deploy pixels and tags on websites
-Research and mine data from various internal and external patient and research study sources to inform enrollment models, business solutions, and execution strategies
-Track performance metrics that drive growth and share digital enrollment performance
-Define business requirements for digital customer experience tagging, reporting, and alerting
-Drive the prioritization and execution of a series of A-B tests to identify actionable insights, make specific business optimization recommendations, and measure the resultant impact
-Develop analytics models that project the impact of digital patient recruitment business strategies
-Develop lifetime value models that estimate the value of key business initiatives, e.g. value of mobile phone number and email collection to support digital recruitment
-Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve digital customer experience and internal operational process monitoring, and to deliver an optimal customer experience to our research study prospects and participants
What You'll Bring:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience
-5+ years of experience in defining and implementing data collection, measurement and monitoring efforts for digital customer experiences
- A strong understanding of how websites work, and of Digital and online product performance tracking and customer analytics
-Strong critical thinking, ability to analyze, interpret, and present data to senior leadership and key stakeholders
-Proficiency in data management, analytics and visualization tools, A-B testing tools, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and CRM databases
-Experience writing SQL queries
-You bring creativity to analytical situations to drive creative solutions
- You are empathetic in your interactions and communicate effectively through strong written and verbal communications, including technical writing
-You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Your peers describe you as having a positive attitude, being easy to work with, and a helpful member of the team
Travel and Requirements:
-This position requires less than 10% travel. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
