Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary $55,000 + bonus + benefits
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

​What You Get To Do:
●      Create the layout and design of GovLoop products — reports, infographics, guides, ebooks, worksheets, and more
●      Assist our event departments in creating collateral for online events, including virtual environments, presentations, promotional materials, etc.
●      Design and illustrate assets for our marketing team to use across social media platforms
●      Work with the rest of the creative team on developing and maintaining a cohesive brand strategy for our annual flagship NextGen Summit
●      Collaborate with our motion graphics team on brainstorming, storyboarding, and reviewing our on-demand learning courses
●      Other duties as assigned
What We Need In You:
●      2+ years of experience preferred as a graphic designer working with layout, illustration, publishing, branding, editorial and/or web design
●      Preferred degree in graphic design, but will consider other degrees with relevant experience
●      Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite a must, with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
●      A solid foundation in graphic design demonstrated through compelling use of design principles and elements including: white space, balance, repetition, typography, color, contrast, alignment, etc.
●      Ability to translate content into illustrated representations for public consumption and use both in print and digitally
●      Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
●      Excellent organization and communication skills
●      Up-to-date portfolio required

Bonus Skills:
●      Experience with AfterEffects and/or Adobe Premiere
●      Experience conducting and editing audio (i.e. radio interviews or vocal)
●      Experience working with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript, as well as experience designing for WordPress or other CMS platforms
