Position Overview: We are looking for a Networking Coordinator to coordinate and manage the implementation, configuration, and support IT networking resources within our company. This will involve entire life cycle management and support of network equipment and services, such as local area networks, wireless networks, cellular networks, infrastructure wiring, and other related systems or services.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with multiple providers and networking technologies to provide connectivity for diverse work locations that can scale with a fast-growing company. Our goal is to ensure systems and people are effective and function within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company while complying to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
What You'll Be Working On:
Duties include but not limited to:
-Implement, and support the network needs of Care Access centralized, decentralized and warehouse environments.
-Coordinate network setups with third party vendors, including routing, switching, wireless, and structured wiring needs.
-Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify networking requirements and plan feasible solutions to address company goals.
-Onsite visits as necessary to facilitate network projects or support issues for locations across the country.
-Ensure change management guidelines are followed while coordinating change activity.
-Manage several small to medium sized network projects simultaneously.
-Administer networking devices and troubleshoot issues that may occur.
-Train and direct system users on the correct use of network technologies.
-Document process, procedure, and activities related to all networking services.
What You'll Bring:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Experience coordinating efforts between various providers and stakeholders.
-Strong knowledge in network security and configuration
-Experience in a multi-location multi-vendor network
-Experience with cellular networking.
-Experience with cloud-based network management
-Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
-Desire and ability to learn new technologies
-Desire to be a part of a growing start-up and making it a success
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
-3 years of experience in a network coordinating role Travel and Requirements:
-This position requires less than 20% travel. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
-Operates no heavy tools, machinery, or equipment. No significant lifting.
