About the role:  
 The position is responsible for administration for the Oracle Cloud HCM system. This includes (a) Supporting the initial implementation of primarily the technical components of the project i.e. integrations, Reports, user management and Extensions as well as on-going support for the of the Oracle cloud HCM solution after Go-Live (b) Upgrading, Testing and maintaining system release level as per the upgrade cycle of the of the Oracle Cloud application (c) Following up with Oracle via Service Requests for a product technical issues. Other duties include Oracle Cloud HCM orientation, training and application assistance to users. Also performs other duties as assigned.
The role will act as the primary IT liaison to one of the stakeholder functional areas, including HR, Finance and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive functional knowledge, expertise with basic system configuration, technical design, build, test and updates of Oracle Fusion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Analyze, test, and implement Oracle HCM cloud technical components (data loads, reports, integrations) that support new and existing business applications.
    • Maintaining documentation for Cloud HCM Application configurations, technical objects, and procedures
    • The Oracle Cloud HCM Support Analyst will partner with business analysts and other stakeholders to configure and support the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM system across the Enterprise
    • The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive functional knowledge, expertise with system configuration, technical component development, solution design, build, test and updates of Oracle Fusion
    • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM functional areas is desired
    • Experience to provide application and technology support for customer issues
    • Assist in upgrade cycle and testing during system upgrade and patches
    • Collaborates with 3rd party vendor and business partners to drive system integrations and enhancements as required
    • Must have the ability to work hands on with the Oracle HCM Cloud application technical development, testing and training stages
    • Ability to lead and facilitate meetings to bring disparate skill sets and viewpoints together to solve problems
    • Solicit input from all appropriate parties to ensure solutions are consistent and with enterprise direction
    • Helps identify process improvements through changes in practice, standardization or IT automation
    • Monitor and track service requests systems both internal and with Oracle for issue resolution and customer requests.
    • Skills to use Microsoft Project, Visio and Microsoft Office required
    • Prepare complex reports in response to requests from stakeholders.
    • Ability to leverage interpersonal skills to establish rapport and develop long lasting relationships with colleges and team members.
    • Ability to solve both complex and uncomplicated problems, articulating clearly a decision that makes sense based on all the available information.
    • Drive to achieve or exceed targets and goals within determined time frame, quality expectations and budget.
    • Demonstrates high standards and good communication skills to vendors, suppliers and colleagues.
    • Ability to learn and use technology effectively and quickly to manage business goals and needs.
    • Collaborates with vendors and consultants to optimize the HCM Cloud Application performance and participates in leading scope/priority of Cloud HCM Application enhancements as necessary.
    • Knowledge of computer systems, servers, local area networks, virtual machines, programming, and script development.
    • Ability to engage on the domain level to provide feedback on business and technical issues, discuss risks, and offer alternative solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
    • 2-6 years’ experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
    • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM technical component development is must and in Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred
    • Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM technical support & system administration is preferred
    • Possession of Oracle certifications is preferred
