A few words about our People team at Alan

We are way more than a team of HR professionals. We are a team of passionate people that aim at being the Alaners’ partners. Our mission? Among the most exciting ones: growing an amazing team of mission-first people.
The People team is articulated into four areas of expertise: People Growth, People Experience, People Benefits and People Analytics.

📊 Your main mission, if you accept it, will be to empower Alaners by sharing data-driven insights to make decisions on employees' lifecycle and workforce processes. It will also be about turning those observations into actionable insights to improve the performance of Alan as an organisation as well as growing and retaining Alaners.

In more details, you will be focusing on:

Increasing trust in our data
- You will build People reports, and scaling and iterating our dashboards for internal and external stakeholders to take actions on key metrics (on attrition or performance for example)
- You will improve existing reports and analysis: detecting patterns in our organisation or People processes and suggesting action plans based on the findings

Streamlining and automating our processes
- You will work with the internal tooling team on automating and optimizing existing tools and processes (BambooHR and Lever)
- You will challenge current data input/output processes by optimizing & automating them

Proactively identifying and answering stakeholders’ needs
- You will collect and  balance business needs as well as empowering internal stakeholders (Leads, Coaches, People Community, Alaners) using a data driven approach
- You will contribute to improving the organization by popularizing complex information across Alaners.

⭐️ What you need to have to be successful in this role ⭐️

Hard skills

- You have 3+ years of experience in People/HR Analytics, preferably within a high-growth environment
- You have a proven track record of planning, developing and implementing Analytics projects
- You have a good understanding of the HR landscape and its main processes in scale-ups
- You have admin experience with an HRIS (BambooHR or equivalent)
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, involving data analysis
- You have a passion for digging into processes and data
- You have knowledge of Google Sheets
- You have basic level knowledge of SQL are are willing to grow it
- You have full working proficiency in English

Soft skills

- You are curious and enthusiastic about finding creative ways to solve strategic problems
- You are customer-oriented: you have the capacity to understand internal stakeholders needs and identify how people data will address these needs
- You have strong communication skills: you have the ability to embark Alaners towards a change
- You are able to work both independently and as part of a small but mighty team
