-We’re currently looking for highly driven, enthusiastic, and empathetic Product Owners who are ready for their next challenge.
-This Techno-functional role would include administration, management, and improvement of our current stack of software products being used in-house at Care.
-Our ideal candidate would be someone who deeply understands the systems they are assigned. They create a backlog of improvement requests as they come up, prioritize the backlog for implementation as new features roll out, lead conversations around improvements in both technical and layman terms.
-They come from an operational mindset, and are able to look at the full picture of our systems, but also dive in and make micro changes as necessary. In addition, this role will require managing systems and applications.
What You'll Be Working On:
-Quickly learn the Delivery Teams Care Access business unit’s software systems.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to Delivery team software systems.
-Lead efforts for all parties involved when rolling out technology solutions.
-Day-to-day management and administration of technological solutions
-Proactively identifying what new studies or business capabilities may be rolling out from an internal technology or business operations process standpoint and implementing best practices to support these needs.
-Managing requests for new functionality and prioritizing them in a backlog as necessary.
-Facilitating cross-functional communication between teams to create synergy and more efficient systems.
-Keeping up to date with technology solutions that fulfill Care Access company needs
-Take the active lead role as techno-functional resource and support stack of products/systems
-Taking on additional tasks as necessary

-Solid understanding of Cloud/SaaS and related technologies

-High level of self-motivation and energy
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
-College degree or equivalent of education and experience
-A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst, system admin, or product owner
-Prior experience administering and managing software systems and improvements.
-Solid working knowledge of business applications
-Prior experience in implementing COTS (Custom off the shelf systems) and ability to configure and admin the COTS
-Prior experience working with multiple systems and managing priorities in a backlog.
-Knowledge of coding scripting languages preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment
- Is a people person that can work with many different personalities
