We are looking for a proactive Project & Design Partner to join our US team. The successful applicant will act as a key member of various Project Teams, working in collaboration with the Client Relationship Director and Project & Design Manager, as well as the Operations Coordinator and the Project Support team. They will also collaborate and work closely with the Project & Design Partner Team Leader in maintaining working processes and standards and take part in wider Steps initiatives.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role Include:

  • Assist with program casting, logistics and resourcing.
  • Support the development of client proposals and programs.
  • Assist and lead on conducting client research and research calls.
  • With supervision and guidance, support program design in a variety of ways, including establishing research themes for program content, formatting materials, and assisting with writing and editing scripts, etc.
  • Produce presentation materials (slides, handouts, etc.).
  • Prep for and attend client meetings and presentations and assist with appropriate follow up, as necessary.
  • Provide technical support to virtual deliveries where required via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex. Training will be provided on this.
  • Organize and attend client and internal meetings in support of the project team.
