Description of Duties

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Grafana Labs. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions with our Senior Salesforce Administrator. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user experience including support tickets, documentation, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with end users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Assist the Senior Salesforce Administrator/Platform Owner with various Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  •  Identify and gather requirements from end users and stakeholders with assistance from the Senior Salesforce Administrator/Platform Owner
  • Create training materials and improve existing Salesforce training materials.  

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • At least a year of hands on Salesforce experience in the Salesforce Sales Cloud; 2-4 years preferred
  • Experience gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation with or without assistance.
