We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Acquisition who is passionate about mental wellness. 

We are searching for an experienced and passionate Senior Growth Manager who will be reporting directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing. This is a great leadership opportunity to be at the center of accelerating Real’s growth. As the Manager for Acquisition, you will be responsible for paid social campaign development, strategy, and testing, focusing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Linkedin, TikTok, and more. The role will allow you to work on a variety of innovative efforts like bringing personalization to life, testing on emerging social platforms, and developing new strategies for lead generation. You will work on developing and implementing media growth practices aligning to Real’s business strategy, across multiple target audience segments and product offerings. This team member will be executing the delivery of evergreen and promotional campaigns, with an external growth agency, while conducting optimization tactics to meet/exceed company goals.

What you’ll bring

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in paid media and 2+ years specifically in developing and executing paid social media plans, including budgeting, optimization, testing, and measurement.
  • Technical knowledge, including campaign setup and management within Facebook’s ad manager and other social platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale marketing strategies, including increasing consideration and customer acquisition that drove revenue growth.
  • Strong analytic abilities, problem-solving skills, and a passion for data-based decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internal and external, with the ability to translate findings and recommendations out into a simple and effective manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • “Test & Learn” mindset with a track record of developing hypotheses based on insights, iterating experiments and learnings, and scaling successes.
  • Strong track record of team collaboration, cross-functional partnerships, and building relationships.
  • Self-motivated, “can-do” spirit, and fast learner.

How You Will Lead

  • Manage full-funnel paid social campaigns and budget for brand and performance objectives.
  • Work with our media agency to deliver on data-driven media investment decisions (how much, where, when, which channels, etc…)
  • Continually monitor, report out, and transform performance results, customer behavior insights, and learnings into action.
  • Implement rigorous testing, best practices, and learning agenda efforts to deliver breakthrough campaigns and scale the channel.
  • Serve as an internal expert on paid social media to internal stakeholders, including presenting strategy, learnings, and results.
  • Actively identify new opportunities and solutions to improving the program based on industry trends, emerging technologies, new ad formats, etc.
  • Develop efficient processes and procedures to ensure campaigns are prioritized by impact and delivered on time.
  • Work on creative optimization efforts, incorporating social media ad best practices, and testing new innovative ad units.

You’ve got 

  • 3+ years experience managing a Growth Budget with a $10M+ annual budget.
  • Experience targeting customers throughout the purchasing funnel and unique customer segments within Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (everything is a plus!)
  • Experience with the following tools or comparable: Facebook UI, Google Analytics, and Looker.
  • Experience with many Paid Social ad formats i.e. video, static, carousel, lookbook, gif, etc.
  • The ability to develop acquisition and retention strategies through paid social initiatives.
  • Experience expanding and generating granular Paid Social accounts through customer segmentation.
  • Optimization skills to expand reach while maintaining ROAS and CPA metrics.
  • The ability to learn and accurately implement new techniques in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and extremely detailed oriented.
  • Strong reporting/presentation skills to deliver accurate performance metrics.
