Overview: MissionWired is looking for a passionate marketer with experience developing a brand to join us as a senior marketing strategist. The right person will live and breathe supporter engagement, digital fundraising, and advocacy and be eager to help spread awareness of our mission.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

    • Conceptualizing and executing multi-channel campaigns
    • Ensuring alignment with overall strategic plans to support specific marketing and business objectives
    • Maintaining audience engagement and retention
    • Using marketing tools such as Hubspot to promote MissionWired’s services and products
    • Collaborating in the development of timelines, budgets, tactical plans, strategy, and execution
    • Understanding audience insights to optimize performance
    • Measuring the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis and providing timely recommendations.

Must-have qualifications:

    • 3-7 years of B2B or nonprofit in-house or agency experience in marketing and/or digital communications
    • Experience managing cross-functional project teams
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Experience working with platforms like Hubspot
    • Passion for making our world a better place.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

    • Background in email marketing and/or website technologies is strongly preferred.
Salary range for this role is $70,000 to $83,000 per year, depending on experience.
