The Sr. Account Manager – Co-Branding/Licensing Partnerships (Retail) is instrumental to the growth and scale of Impossible Foods’ business in alignment with the corporate strategy. This role will be a key member of the emerging Retail CPG Partnerships team. This position will lead project management and sales planning for new launches.

You Will:

    • Act as the internal and external project management lead both pre- and post-market launch for new products
    • Lead the development of the in-market launch strategy for new co-branded partner products
    • Monitor co-branded products sell-in and performance in conjunction with the Sales Operations team and the co-branded partner to ensure in-market success
    • Work on new partner acquisition and deal business terms

You Have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
    • 7-10 years of CPG/food retail sales, sales strategy or sales planning experience
    • A genuine interest and passion for Impossible Food's mission
    • Recent experience growing a brand and pioneering new categories
    • A mix of large and small manufacturer experience in your background
    • Highly collaborative approach with ability to collaborate with all types of functions (Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations, etc.)
    • Shown success working independently and navigating in a constantly evolving, and often chaotic (and exciting) high growth environment
    • A positive attitude and drive to excel
    • Ability to travel ~25% of the time
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $82,500 + (bonus for Sales Bonus Plan roles) + equity + benefits.
